Before trying to rewrite the code so that is checks all possible trms values, I wanted to make sure that the cutoff of 10 was reasonable.

Trms distributions:

All showers (March 01, 2004):

Showers that have 3/5 nearest neighbors and trms < 10:

Showers that fail the cut:

It would be useful to know what the trms distribution is for showers with 3/5 nearest neighbors:
