1. Changed the 3.02 code to make delta T 50 ns instead of 12.5. There is not much difference.

2. Changed P(0,I_LDF) to P(0.5,I_LDF). (Should really be the integral from 0 to 0.5, but this breaks - not sure why.) In any case there is not much difference.

3. Removed P(NOHIT) for non-hit sites.

4. Removed P(NOHIT) entirely. Fits are much worse.
