There appear to be some differences between the online version 3.00 and the most recent version available in CVS:
Shower 10-15-05, no IGNs, version 3.00.
Shower 10-15-05, no IGNs, version 3.01.
Shower 10-15-05, with IGNs, version 3.00.
Shower 10-15-05, with IGNs, version 3.01.
Checking the code shows that the difference is the CE vs. CM bug in CTLatDist. The online v. 3.00 has this bug. Putting the bug back in reproduces the v. 3.00 results:
Shower 10-15-05, no IGNs, version 3.01
with CTLatDist bug.
Shower 10-15-05, with 3 IGNs, version 3.01
with CTLatDist bug.
Shower 10-15-05, with 5 IGNs, version 3.01
with CTLatDist bug.
So it looks like the version I pulled off of CVS is the most recent, and Shawn apparently fixed the CTLatDist bug after version 3.00.
