First some reconstructions of the CHICOS showers using v3.01 for reference. No accidentals or IGNs taken out.

10-21-05 Fails.
10-15-05 Core in-between valleys.
10-04-05 OK. E = 3.69e18 eV.
10-03-05 Fails.
09-23-05 OK. E = 1.16e19 eV.
09-20-05 Fails.
08-09-05 OK. E = 1.77e21 eV.
07-29-05 OK. E = 9.17e19 eV.
07-26-05 Fails.
07-16-05 OK. E = 2.29e20 eV.
07-09-05 OK. E = 1.87e19 eV.
07-05-05 Core outside the array.
06-28-05 Fails.
05-25-05 OK. E = 1.07e19 eV. Zero errors.
05-18-05 OK. E = 2.74e18 eV.
04-03-05 OK. E = 3.68e19 eV.
03-11-05 Core outside the array.
03-03-05 Fails.
02-16-05 OK. E = 1.39e22 eV.
02-06-05 OK. E = 6.62e18 eV.

The next set has accidentals removed and bad sites ignored.

Notes: The fitted LDF seems to lie lower the data most of the time.
Also, if a shower fails on the first pass, taking out the accidentals and unhealthy sites doesn't help.

The next set is after replacing the 12.5 ns window with 135 ns in the code.

Notes: Changes are small. Showers that failed before still fail.
