Education Outreach
- For each High School, there is a science teacher
who acts as a coordinator and on-site supervisor.
- Seminars are given to participating teachers so they will be able to incorporate the
the CHICOS project into their classes.
- Students are encouraged to participate. During the summer, students from each school
spent a week at Caltech helping assemble and test a set of detectors.
